This picture is made for the band At Directions new record...
As I said on the last picture: I like toys, you never know if they are dead or alive. Specially with this one.

Just need to add that At Direction never used this as coverart for their record. And the true story is that I didn't entirely make this painting for them. Not to start with at least. It was a feeling I needed to get out on paper, and it is all thanks to one person who I talked to late that night when I made this. That person didn't do anything like this to me, but this was how I felt. It's a little complicated.

I think that "tigrfire" explains it alot better than I could, he got the feeling right without even knowing my intensions with the painting. This was the first comment I recieved when I posted this painting:

"I like how the toy sits in the corner, away from the heart. It it as if he was afraid of the heart and the feelings that come along with it. Either that or that he is unable to move, just being a toy, but wanting to reach out and grab the heart and feel emotions as do all those who held him..or used to hold him as now he is battered and torn, just tossed away into a corner." - tigrfire
